Cancellation Policy

**Appointment and Consultation** **Consultation:** All new clients, as well as those seeking chemical services (colou, relaxers, perms) or complex Afro-textured styling (locs, weaves, braids), must undergo a consultation. This ensures hair health and facilitates accurate pricing. **Punctuality:** Please arrive on time. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late may have their services shortened or be asked to reschedule, which may incur a late fee. **Service Preparation** **European Hair:** Please arrive with your hair detangled and ready for washing, unless you specifically booked a dry-cut service. **Afro and Textured Hair:** For braiding or weaving services where "wash" is not included, please arrive with your hair thoroughly detangled and free of products. If the stylist must spend extra time detangling, an additional detangling fee will apply. **Cancellation and Deposits **Deposits:** A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments. This deposit will be credited toward your final bill. **Cancellation Notice: We require at least 24-48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. **Late Cancellation/No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will forfeit their deposit. **Chemical Services and Skin Testing **Patch Tests: A skin sensitivity test is mandatory 48 hours before any colou or chemical treatment for all new clients, or if it has been more than 6 months since your last treatment at this salon. **Hair Integrity: We reserve the right to refuse chemical services if the health of your hair is compromised. **Pricing and Payment **Variable Pricing: Prices listed are starting rates. Final quotes depend on hair length, density, and the complexity of the technique (e.g., intricate braiding patterns or multi-step colou correction). **Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, mobile payments, and cash (preferred). **Child and Guest Policy To maintain a relaxing environment and ensure safety around styling tools and chemicals, we ask that clients do not bring extra guests or children unless they are also receiving a service. **Satisfaction Guarantee We want you to love your hair. If you are dissatisfied, please notify us within 3-7 days of your appointment. We offer adjustments to the original service at no extra cost; however, we do not provide monetary refunds. **Client Consent By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this salon policy.
