Cancellation Policy
This policy is put in place out of respect for our staff members and clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours without notice are challenging to fill, therefore if you are running late for your appointment, please CALL us before your appointment at 07708018342. We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service, therefore late arrivals are impossible without disrupting our other clients. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IN THE UNFORTUNATE EVENT YOU ARE LATE, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR SERVICES WILL BE PERFORMED THAT DAY. BUT ALSO, A LATENESS FEE OF 10 POUNDS WILL BE APPLIED.
